Training

As part of its commitment to advancing sustainable and inclusive agricultural development, MyAgricWorld delivers practical, research-informed training programs designed to equip young graduates, investors, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and practicing farmers with modern agricultural production and management skills. Over the past decade, the organization has facilitated a wide range of interactive, field-based, and digital training activities across different agricultural communities.

Our training programs combine classroom instruction, on-farm demonstrations, and participatory learning approaches to ensure that knowledge is both practical and locally relevant. These sessions have included crop field demonstration days, farmer workshops, and hands-on training activities across multiple locations, focusing on arable crop production, and aquaculture.

The primary objective of these training initiatives is to promote profitable and sustainable agribusiness practices while strengthening local capacity for food production. By improving access to technical knowledge and practical skills, MyAgricWorld contributes to efforts aimed at reducing rural-to-urban migration, enhancing livelihood opportunities, and supporting poverty alleviation in developing economies.

Training delivery methods include both digital platforms (virtual training and online engagement) and in-person, one-on-one or group-based instruction, allowing flexibility and broader reach across regions and audiences.

Gender Inclusion and Women in Agriculture

Gender inclusion is a core component of MyAgricWorld’s training philosophy. The organization actively integrates women-focused capacity-building initiatives within its programs, recognizing the critical role women play in agricultural production, food systems, and rural livelihoods. Through targeted workshops, field training, and empowerment programs, MyAgricWorld supports women farmers and agripreneurs in strengthening technical skills, decision-making capacity, and economic participation. These efforts contribute directly to increased agricultural productivity, improved household food security, and more resilient farming communities.
